Following on from a great junior event, our Seniors absolutely smashed their swim carnival today.
It wasn’t just about who touched the wall first; it was about seeing our Ngā Pou Tikanga (School Values) in full effect.
The Highlights:

Manaakitanga (Respect & Care): Major shout-out to everyone who took the plunge and “gave it a go.” Whether you’re a pro swimmer or just did it for the house points, the way you backed your mates was awesome to see.

Whanaungatanga (Relationships & Belonging): The energy was off the charts! Our House Captains and Sports Leaders kept the chants loud and the vibes high, making sure everyone felt like they were part of the crew.

Massive thanks to our student Sports and House leaders. You guys ran the show like pros, keeping the races moving and the spirit even higher.
Today just proved that at Te Kura Tuarua o Te Kauaeranga, we’re at our best when we’re all getting stuck in together!
