Short-listed applicants will be required to undergo a Police Vet once every three years. Applicants for this position must have NZ Residency or a valid NZ Work Visa, and a clean driver’s licence is required.

Board Administration Support
(Casual)

We are seeking a friendly, organised person for this newly expanded role.  You will report to the Presiding Member and work collaboratively with the Principal and Board Secretary.

In this role, you will provide vital support to the Board, which is required to meet at least 8 times per year and typically meets 9-10 times annually.

Key responsibilities:

  • Attend and minute after-hours full Board and committee meetings (Property, Finance and Discipline, as required) and Te Ao Māori Strategic Ohu
  • Time includes presence at meetings, preparation, and follow-up as needed

Typical Hours of Work:

  • Meetings (twice per term)
  • Full Board: 5.30 – 7.30 pm or 8.00 pm
  • Committee meetings: 5.00 – 7.00 pm
  • TAMSO meetings: 6.30 – 8.00 pm
  • Administration: as negotiated
