The Waikato Secondary Schools Sports Awards were held yesterday at Lake Karapiro with students from all over the region being awarded in over 45 codes.
Congratulations to:
Mitchell Herbert – Sportsman of the year for Adventure Racing
Tayla Cox – Sportswoman of the year for Adventure Racing
Danielle Goodall – Sportswoman of the year for Orienteering
Congratulations also to Cole McDowell who was one of only 3 finalist for Swimming and Jenny Bloom for a finalist in Coach of the Year.
