Enrolments are underway for next year’s new Year 8s.
Staff and students from Thames High School have been visiting primary schools in and around Thames to tell the prospective new students about high school life, and to gather information ready for enrolment in 2017.
There’ll be an orientation day next term on Thursday 24th November.
The incoming students will come to school for the day, take part in some classes, have a BBQ lunch, and then enjoy sports and games in the afternoon.
It’s a great opportunity to see the school, meet other students and teachers, and to settle some of those nerves before starting high school.
