On Thursday this week, 27 Year 13 PE and Fitness students competed in the Auckland Secondary Schools Tough Guy and Gal Challenge held in Helensville. The students completed a 6km course through farm land including running through swamps, giant hills, crawling under barbwire and electric fences.
One of the highlights of the day was Ryan Danby gaining first place. Ethan Taylor Evans and Tegan Foster also did incredibly well with Ethan gaining 10th place in the Senior Boys Race (with 556 entrants) and Tegan placing 9th in the Senior Girls (with 444 entrants). Well done to all the students who completed the challenging course to earn 4 level 3 credits.
