Thames High School will also be closed on Tuesday 14 February 2023.
UPDATE: With the latest forecast showing the heaviest rainfall and strong winds are expected late Monday and early Tuesday we will again close the school on Tuesday.
This decision is made with the health and safety of staff and students in mind, with the best information we have at this time.
Closure on Tuesday will allow staff to check and clear our site.
Reports also indicate that the impact on roads will also peak tonight / tomorrow, so this will allow a better assessment of travel safety.
We hope to re-open Wednesday 15 February. We will advise if this changes.
The Meet the Year 9 Rōpū Kaitiaki event will be postponed until Wednesday 22 February.
