7:45am Meet at Thames High School in the new gym to complete the roll, pick up the lunches, check student gear and carry out a safety briefing.
8:00am Proceed to Kaueranga DOC centre.
9:00am Walk to river for instructions and assessment of Unit standard River Crossing.
10:45am Have a learning discussion and then a debriefing.
11:00am Lunch.
12.00pm Return to Kaueranga DOC Centre.
12.15pm Group to depart for Thames High School.
12.35pm Arrive back at Thames High School. Group to return to afternoon class
