On Thursday this week, 27 Year 13 PE and Fitness students competed in the Auckland Secondary Schools Tough Guy and Gal Challenge held in Helensville. Tainui Regional Kapa Haka – 28 -29 June – Huntly Te Puna O Te Pito Mata Kapa Haka rōpū will grace the stage at the Tainui Kapa Haka Regional competition. This is the first year that our Kura will be represented. They will be participating in the Whakangahau section. (entertainment)
Our Being Enterprising class has been developing small business with the assistance of ‘mentors’ from local businesses. These businesses are now up and running and will be at the Thames Grahamstown Markets this Saturday 22 June. Come along and grab a bargain.
