Thames Society of Arts invite Year 12 and 13 students to partipate in their art competition and exhibition. One of the society’s objectives is to foster interest in and promote the appreciation and execution of works within the various fields of the fine and applied arts and to hold periodic exhibitions in Thames of local artists, hence they will host an exhibition of local Year 12 and 13 students in October.
1st First prize $1,500
2nd Second prize $500
3rd Third prize $250
Students do not need to be enrolled in NCEA art subjects; the objective being to stimulate interest and opportunity in fine and applied arts.
